Our Wines

Our wines honor the unique character and qualities of each vineyard, adapting to the ever-changing climate that presents new challenges and nuances every year, without ever forcing what nature intends for us.

They have a traditional style that reflects the Piedmontese culture.

In the vineyard, necessary thinning operations are carried out in July. During harvest, each cluster is selected one by one and placed in individual crates, which are then transported to the winery at the end of the day and either crushed or pressed.

The red grapes are gently destemmed, the whites immediately pressed.

Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve the fragrance, freshness, structure, and organoleptic characteristics of each wine.
